I lead product design for Neighborhoods, a new way for Square sellers to maximize online ordering by directly connecting with customers through Cash App. I leverage AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate concept validation and collaborate closely with engineering to ship seamless, production-ready experiences.

My work spans end-to-end customer journeys, rapid experimentation, interaction design, and scalable UX systems across complex states and edge cases.

I led strategy and design for CRM within Customer Directory, empowering sellers to better understand, manage, and grow their customer base. I built an AI-powered insights experience that surfaced actionable recommendations for each customer, enabling sellers to identify high-value customers, drive retention, and create lasting personalized relationships.

I worked on a complete redesign of an enterprise legacy system powering menu construction, pricing, taxes, discounts, and operational workflows across food and retail businesses. I led UX and UI for MVP features, including user research, product strategy, stakeholder alignment, information architecture, prototyping, and foundational design system work.

I helped shape the brand and creative direction and led UX/UI for a cloud-based point of sale system built for local businesses. My responsibilities spanned conceptualization, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

Worked alongside art directors, copywriters, and developers creating traditional, digital, and social campaigns for companies in the UAE including Enoc, Al Serkal, DP World, Emirate Steel, Saif Zone, Blue, and Taqdeer.
